Selectiv' Process Winery brings Pellenc's acclaimed high-frequency linear de-stemmer and petiole and MOG sorting technology into the winery.

Selectiv’ Process Winery is a linear system for separating the harvest while respecting the integrality of both the grapes and the stalks. The two high frequency linear separators are associated with a sorting table with rollers which eliminate leaf and grape stalks. Thus the grape stalks remain intact and 95% of leaf stalks of over 35 mm are eliminated. The obtained quality of harvest is exceptional: only 0.18% waste*. Adjustments are simple and quick, and control can be managed using Selectiv’ Process Vision. In terms of maintenance, cleaning takes just 30 minutes thanks to an optimized design.

Selectiv' Process Vision offers a new level of fruit quality, sorting fruit by colour and shape to produce an optimum result in line with the winemaker's expectations.

Selectiv’ Process Vision is a visionic harvest sorting system (analysis of the color and form) which selects the grapes based on the wine maker’s objectives and the initial quality of the harvest. It is therefore a customized sorting process by artificial intelligence. It is possible to choose only whole, ripe grapes or to set the sorting process to accept squashed grapes or those which still have the stalk attached. In terms of quality, the harvest is totally respected, sorting is constant and elimination of green waste is an integral part of the process. Two thousand grapes are sorted per second which is a rate of up to 12 tonnes/hour. The flow rate can be adjusted in real time, and the round-the-clock operation and simplified settings complete this device which can be managed by a single person. The design of the machine is compact and can be adapted to a trailer and is also cleaned quickly (30 minutes).
